Atacante tricolor criticou a ‘falta de ousadia’ do time, que tinha a vantagem do empate para se classificar
O Fluminense entrou em campo nesta última quarta (27) para o terceiro Fla-Flu do ano, válido agora pela semifinal da Taça Rio. Com a vantagem do empate para se classificar à decisão, o Tricolor saiu atrás, empatou o jogo após o adversário ter um jogador expulso, mas acabou sendo derrotado com um gol de pênalti já nos acréscimos, após falha gritante de Léo Santos.
Após a partida, Everaldo, um dos principais nomes do Fluminense no clássico, lamentou a postura da equipe após ter empatado o duelo. De acordo com ele, faltou ousadia para conseguir segurar e fazer valer a vantagem. Vale lembrar que o time de Fernando Diniz ficou com um jogador a mais durante o segundo tempo inteiro.
“Quando fizemos o gol de empate, faltou um pouco mais de ousadia, ir mais para cima. A classificação estava nas nossas mãos e acabamos dando mole no final, coisa que acontece no futebol“, destacou.
Para seguir vivo no Campeonato Carioca, o clube das Laranjeiras torce agora para que o Vasco não conquiste o segundo turno da competição. O próximo compromisso do Fluminense é na terça-feira (03), contra o Luverdense, às 19h15 (de Brasília), fora de casa, pelo jogo de ida da terceira fase da Copa do Brasil.
