Pelo cenário de momento no clube, se desenha para uma candidatura de Mário Bittencourt, advogado e ex vice de futebol do clube. Bittencourt deve vir como cabeça de chapa do grupo Tricolor de Coração e, deve ter em Celso Barros como aliado e possível vice.
A dúvida no entanto fica por conta do adversário da dupla, onde podemos ter dois ou três candidatos ao pleito, isso por que, Ricardo Tenório que fazia parte do grupo Tricolor de Coração e anunciou sua saída no último mês procura ainda aliados – entre eles, Pedro Antônio, idealizador do CT – para enfim montar sua chapa, e, Ayrton Xerez, que já manifestou o interesse em se lançar a candidato, mas não descarta uma união com Tenório.
– O Tenório é uma belíssima pessoa do nosso contato frequente. A gente tem estado junto, conversamos. Ele ama o Fluminense também, mas me parece que ainda não tem um projeto para salvar o clube. Acho que estou um pouco mais avançado nas nossas tratativas. Agora, é claro que não está descartada nenhuma união. Eu fui político, e o diálogo é saudável para encontrar ponto de convergência de ideia. Essa briga tolinha de grupelhos é uma tolice. O Fluminense precisa recuperar o seu território ou não haverá nação tricolor – disse Xerez ao site Globoesporte.com.
Vale destacar no entanto que para lançar a candidatura, o eventual candidato deve obter 200 assinaturas de sócios titulares dos planos proprietários e contribuintes que tenham mais de um ano de associado e com a mensalidade rigorosamente em dia.
Vale destacar ainda que não pode haver uma assinatura com o mesmo nome em chapas diferentes. Caso isso ocorra o sócio é eliminado e não poderá participar de nenhuma das chapas.
