O Conselho Deliberativo do Fluminense Football Club foi notificado extra judicialmente, pelo ex gerente de futebol da base Marcel Giannecchini , com a finalidade de interromper as investigações iniciadas pelo Conselheiros do Clube, alegando ser a empresa idônea, e caso a imagem da empresa seja atingida, poderá acionar os responsáveis judicialmente. A investigação versa sobre o possível tráfico de influência.

No exercício do cargo em Xerem aproveitando se para captar atletas, pois, deixou o cargo no clube e agora atua como empresário na empresa Tinmo, na qual por coincidência ou não, vários atletas da base estão vinculados.

Mesmo com a notificação o Presidente do Conselho Fernando Leite, prosseguiu com a reunião marcada para o dia 30/09/2019, na noite se hoje, no Salão Nobre.
