O Ministério Público do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (MPRJ), por meio do Grupo de Atuação Especializada do Desporto e Defesa do Torcedor (GAEDEST/MPRJ), a Federação de Futebol do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (FERJ) e os demais órgãos envolvidos no planejamento e realização de jogos no Maracanã (GT Maracanã) definiram como Bandeira Laranja a classificação de risco para o jogo entre Fluminense e Flamengo, nesta quarta (12/02), às 20:30h, pelo Campeonato Carioca. A classificação foi definida após reunião entre os grupos envolvidos no planejamento e organização do jogo.
As escalas variam entre “bandeiras” verde, amarela, laranja e vermelha, indo do menor para o maior grau de risco. Através do Programa de Classificação de Riscos, os órgãos responsáveis pela organização, segurança, mobilidade e ordem pública do Maracanã definem antes dos eventos um conjunto de medidas a serem adotadas de acordo com a classificação de riscos definidas para cada partida.
A criação do programa tem como objetivo por parte do grupo de trabalho coordenado pelo GAEDEST/MPRJ, elaborar critérios de classificação e manuais de procedimentos em conjunto, de forma a prever possíveis crises e respectivas soluções, em prol de melhor organização dos eventos, bem-estar do público e garantia de segurança.
