Medidas efetivas: em tempos de Covid-19, Fluminense é o único clube do Rio a não demitir funcionários ou suspender contratos

Desde que te e início as medidas restritivas na luta contra o novo Coronavírus (Covid-19), o Fluminense vem tomando diversas medidas efetivas a fim de diminuir o impacto da pandemia não só no departamento de futebol, como no clube como um todo. Tanto é, que o Tricolor é o único clube do estado que não demitiu nenhum funcionário e nem suspendeu contratos de trabalho durante a pandemia.

Entre as medidas para amenizar os gastos estão: a renegociação da folha salaria do elenco, a redução voluntária nos vencimentos de alguns diretores e funcionários com um salário mais elevado. Há inclusive um próprio entendimento interno, que sem essas medidas não seria possível passar pela pandemia sem demissões no clube.

Vale ressaltar que tal medida é individual entre clube e funcionários e cada equipe tem tido diferentes ações para controlar as finanças diante do cenário de crise mundial causada pela pandemia da COVID-19.

Vale destacar também que embora tenha mantido os empregos, o Fluminense ainda luta para manter as contas em dia, possuindo ainda uma dívida com jogadores e funcionários do mês de março da CLT. Estagiários ainda não receberam em 2020. No próximo dia 7 de maio vencerá o mês de abril e os direitos de imagem dos atletas que têm direito ao benefício estão atrasados desde o ano passado.
